inda specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing, landlord and tenant matters, leases, licences, new builds, second hand properties, mortgages, guarantees, sub-leases and sub-licences. She has also qualified as a lawyer in Hong Kong. Linda has worked for a number of prominent law firms, and as an in-house lawyer for several international corporations. Her experience extends to matters concerning intellectual property such as trade marks, patents, designs, copyrights, as well as commercial contracts and data protection.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) from Manchester Metropolitan University and a Masters degree in International Economic Law.
