inda is an experienced paralegal about to qualify as a solicitor specialising in residential and commercial conveyancing, landlord and tenant matters, leases and licences, involving new builds, second hand properties, mortgages, guarantees, sub-leases and sub-licences.

Having qualified as a lawyer in Hong Kong, Linda has worked for a number of prominent law firms and as an in-house lawyer for several international corporations. Her experience extends into matters concerning intellectual property such as trade marks, patents, designs, copyright work, as well as commercial contracts and data protection.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) from Manchester Metropolitan University and a Masters degree in International Economic Law.
