G ary is the Co founder and CEO at London Corporate Legal Solicitors based in Mayfair London. He is also the firms Pre Trial Mediator and an appointed panel member of “Clerksroom” Barristers and Mediators.

Gary has 9 years corporate experience with BP Oil UK followed by 7 years as MD of two motor dealerships, and 12 years as MD/Shareholder of a property development company, building new homes and commercial offices in the South West.

He also retains a commercial interest in a Gastro Pub/ Restaurant operation with hands on experience of this sector gained from a venture that he purchased with his business partner in 2014. After trebling the turnover Gary successfully marketed and drew up the lease for the sale of the business as an on going commercial LCL investment and asset. Gary also expanded the Law firm that year and opened the Berkshire office for London Corporate Legal Solicitors.

More recently in November 2021 Gary headed up the acquisition by LCL of Tregonissy House, the first ever St Austell brewery built in the centre of the town in 1860 that is presently let to a number of commercial tenants as offices and estate agents. Although this beautiful historic building has planning approval for residential conversion, Gary is not ruling out that it could one day serve as a base for LCL solicitors to further expand in to the South West!

Gary brings a wealth of his own commercial knowledge to LCL and will often take apart client contracts or leases applying his own experience and business approach, by negotiating and inserting additional bespoke clauses that protect LCL clients before they sign contracts or enter into commercial leases.

He frequently assists and advises corporate clients with their due diligence for business and property negotiations or acquisitions, and is often asked to chair and represent clients at meetings in the UK and internationally, negotiating terms and contracts on their behalf.
